Rules and Regulations

Reception/Cash Desk Opening Hours: 9:00–12:30 and 15:00–19:30.
Guests who intend to leave before the opening hours may check out the evening before.
Reception staff are available during the indicated hours to provide information, assist with check-in/check-out, and resolve any issues.

Pitches must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. After this time, an additional day will be charged.
Accommodation units may be occupied from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

ARRIVALS

Guests are accepted as follows:

1. An entrance pass is issued after presenting valid identification documents for registration, in accordance with the law. Documents will be returned upon check-out.
2. A pitch or accommodation unit will be assigned by staff.
   Guests must declare the number of family members, the exact duration of their stay, and read the internal regulations, available online and displayed at Reception.

DEPARTURES
Accommodation must be left in the same condition it was found. Otherwise, an extra fee may be charged for additional cleaning or to cover any damages.

Anyone using the facilities in the village—such as swimming pools, playgrounds, sports fields, or participating in organized activities—does so at their own risk and with full awareness of associated dangers.
The campsite is not responsible for any damages resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseeable events.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
1. Disposing of waste outside the appropriate containers or failing to separate waste correctly.
2. Washing dishes or oneself at the water taps near the pitches.
3. Lighting open fires either in the campsite or on the beach.
4. Digging holes or trenches in the ground.
5. Hanging cloths, ropes, or fences at head height.
6. Damaging the grass or trees in any way.
Guests must take care of their belongings. The management is not responsible for theft or damage, except for items formally entrusted and stored with a receipt.
The use of irons, electric stoves, and resistance refrigerators is prohibited. Free electric connection is only for lighting purposes.

Visitors are allowed only with prior authorization from the management.
Day visitors (non-overnight guests) must register at Reception, present an ID, and pay the daily fee according to current rates. They must leave the village by 20:00 (Reception closing time for document return).
The management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or expel campers or visitors who are unwanted, exceed the allowed number, or do not comply with the regulations.

Quiet hours and gate closure: from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 24:00 to 07:00. Unless authorized by management (e.g., check-in, emergencies), motor vehicles are not allowed to circulate during these hours. Outside these hours, cars may drive inside the campsite at walking speed only. Departures are allowed from 07:30. Guests must park their cars in the designated areas as indicated by Reception and shown on the site map. Absolute silence is required during quiet hours (13:00–15:00 and 24:00–07:00). Respect for peace and rest is expected at all times. During quiet hours, the use of noise-generating devices (e.g., radios, TVs, audio systems, musical instruments) and loud behavior (e.g., shouting, noisy games) is strictly prohibited.
Violating these rules may result in warnings, penalties, or, in serious or repeated cases, expulsion from the campsite.

All services in the camping village, unless otherwise indicated, are free for guests.
These include: hot showers, electric hook-up (4 amps free, extra at a surcharge), camper service (water in/out), swimming pools, sports fields, ping-pong, teqball, bocce, children’s playgrounds, and entertainment (usually available from 01/07 to 31/08).

Open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 (unless otherwise stated by management). Entry and use are free, so respectful and considerate use is expected. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own equipment (tennis/ping-pong/padel rackets, balls, etc.). Some items may be available for sale, rental, or loan from the on-site market, subject to availability. The entertainment team reserves the right to use these areas during tournaments and events scheduled in the weekly program.

These games are available daily from 09:00 to 12:30 and 15:30 to 24:00.

During the open season, Badiaccia Water Park and the children’s pool are open daily from 09:00 to 19:00.
Entry and use are free for guests. Swim caps are mandatory as required by Umbria Regional Regulation of 01 April 2008, no. 4, art. 11, paragraph g).
Guests must behave appropriately (no diving, shouting, use of radios or noise-producing devices). Failure to follow the rules may lead to removal by the lifeguard.
Children must always be accompanied. A detailed regulation is displayed at the entrance of the water park. Entry implies full acceptance of that regulation.

The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 21:30 (after which the snack bar remains open). Refer to the notice posted outside the restaurant for exceptions.Takeaway and fast food services are also available.

The bar/mini-market is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00 in low season and from 08:00 to 24:00 in high season.

Basic first-aid supplies are available if needed.In case of illness or injury, guests are asked to contact the staff immediately or call the nearby hospital in Castiglione del Lago at +39 075 95261. Alternatively, dial 118 for medical emergencies.

Cleaning staff will display signs to restrict access to areas being cleaned. Guests are kindly asked to respect these signs.
Campers are expected to use the facilities correctly and responsibly.
